At Stomp Stoppers, we strive to provide the best products and exceptional service to our valued customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns:

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If, within this period, you find that our horse fly wraps do not meet your expectations, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange.
  2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact.
  3. Return Process:
  • Contact us with our contact form or by emailing stompstoppers@gmail.com  to initiate the return process.
  • Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer care team.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or initiate the exchange.
  1.  Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The timing may vary depending on your payment method.

Exchanges:

  1. Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange your Stomp Stoppers product for a different size or color, please contact our customer care to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Condition of Items: Similar to returns, exchanged items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Ensure that all tags and labels are intact.
  3. Exchange Process:
  • Contact our customer care to initiate the exchange process.
  • Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer care team.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will ship the replacement product.

Exceptions:

  1. Custom sized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  2. Clearance or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. International Orders cannot be exchanged at this time, however we do accept returns.
  4. Third Party Retailers: We do not process returns, exchanges, or price adjustments for products purchased from third party retailers. Please consult the retailer directly to learn about their policies.
